My kids wished for a more comfortable sofa in the room for lounging after beach days.

The hotel's location by the beach is fantastic and the rooms are well-equipped, enhancing the stay. However, the outdoor pool is a bit small for the number of guests, and the staff could have been more welcoming. Cleaner facilities would greatly improve overall experience.

Spacious room, fantastic food, with a great range of options available for breakfast and dinner ensuring satisfaction for any palate. the beach is just seconds away from the hotel, and the balcony view was absolutely fabulous.

Now, on the flip side, the room had a funky smell upon check-in, and while they assured us it would get fixed, it took way too long. We faced a leak situation that just added to the stress, and the lack of responsiveness from the front desk was a bummer.

Check-out was at 12 PM, but we opted for a late check-out and had to pay an additional fee.

We enjoyed our six-night stay in a Superior Apartment with sea views. The rooftop jacuzzi was a highlight, perfect for sunset relaxation. The hotel bar served delicious cocktails. Make sure to visit local restaurants nearby for authentic local cuisine, as they add variety to your dining options.

The buffet food was mostly good, but some fish options left much to be desired. The Smart TV in the room lacked streaming service options, which was a letdown given the hype about its features. Additionally, the older air conditioning in the older apartments really struggles, making it hard to get a good night's sleep. Finally, the absence of coffee-making facilities, like a coffee machine or even tea in the room, is something you wouldn't expect in a place labeled as a four-star hotel.
